Brussels brainstorm PhotoA successful workshop took place in Brussels on 11th and 12th June 2014.  The meeting was facilitated by Maastricht University and all partner universities were represented.  The general aim of the workshop was to brainstorm:

  • Educational strategies underpinning the Master’s programme,
  • Target student group for the programme,
  • Teacher and virtual learning resources.

The team also continued the work to develop the content of three core modules.

Considerable progress was made on core principles and strategies for programme development.  Initial module outlines were also drafted and programmed for completion by September.  Having viewed a series of potential virtual learning tools, all partners are to consider which of these are possibilities within their own universities.  Progress was also made on identifying key student groups.  The next meeting will take place on September 25th and 26th in Maastricht University, the Netherlands.
